A B Facility Secvices

A B Facility Secvices is located over at Pl 67 in the Mahada Colony. We are quite close to the Symbiosis Girls Hostel in the Vuman Nagar part of Pune. Being near the hostel means there is always a lot of activity around our office. We mostly provide things like cleaning staff and security guards for the buildings in this area. It started off small but we have more people working with us now. The office is just a plain room where the staff comes to check in before their shifts. It’s not very decorated or anything. We spend most of our time out at the different sites making sure the sweeping is done or the gates are being watched properly. Vuman Nagar is growing fast so there is always a new building needing someone to look after it. Sometimes it’s hard to find good people who want to work the night shifts, so that keeps me up late making calls. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep the places we manage clean and safe for the residents. Pune gets pretty hot, so the guys appreciate it when the buildings have a bit of shade. We just do the daily grind of maintenance and security without making a big deal out of it.
