We’ve been based here on Bhandarkar Road for a while now. Our office is right in Deccan Gymkhana, specifically in Flat No 1 at Plot No 187/1/2. It’s a busy part of Pune, and finding us usually involves navigating the typical traffic around here. We aren't a big flashy firm with a lobby or anything like that. It’s just a standard workspace where we get our daily tasks done. Most days, we’re just focusing on the work at hand without much fuss. The building itself is older, but it serves us well. People usually know the area because of the shops nearby. We started Rathi Strategic Ventures LLP to handle various business needs, mostly dealing with strategy and management stuff. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. It's mostly just us answering the phones and keeping the paperwork moving. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea, which is pretty normal for a small setup like this. We like being in this part of Pune because everything is close by. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the entrance of the S.No 851 block. It's a quiet enough spot once you're inside the flat. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else. It's a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work for us so far.
