Our office is down in the basement of Crystal Colony, located at 570 Sonawala Agyari Lane. It's just off the Link Road in Chinchwad. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, but we like it because it’s quiet and stays cool during the hot months. We’ve been running this agency for a good number of years now. The space is filled with filing cabinets and a couple of old wooden desks that have seen better days. We handle distribution and paperwork for a few different lines of business. Most of our day is spent on the phone or writing out invoices by hand. The stairs coming down to the basement are a little narrow, so we have to watch our step when we’re carrying boxes. There are only a few of us working here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering calls to sweeping the floor. We have a small window that looks out at the sidewalk level, so we mostly just see people’s feet walking by. It’s a modest setup and we don’t have any fancy technology. We use a basic landline and an old printer that makes a lot of noise. It’s a steady job and we have our regular routine. We usually take a break in the afternoon to get some fresh air upstairs. It’s not much, but it is our own little corner of the city where we work.
