Ram Carrying Corporation

We are Ram Carrying Corporation, and you’ll find us in the Market Yard area of Gultekdi. Our office is Shop No 109 on the first floor of the Mahalaxmi Market Building, inside Shri Chamunda Dham. It’s a very busy part of town, especially early in the morning when the market is in full swing. Getting a parking spot around here is almost impossible after eight o'clock, but we’ve been here so long we know all the shortcuts and back lanes. The office is usually crowded with drivers waiting for their paperwork or people coming in to check on their shipments. There’s always a kettle of tea going on the side table. I’ve spent more hours in this building than I have at my own home, I think. We handle a lot of different goods coming through the market yard, from food to supplies. It’s a lot of pressure because people need their stuff on time, and things like bad weather or road repairs are always getting in the way of our plans. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a bunch of guys working in a market building. Our desks are messy, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the work gets done. It’s a community here, and everyone knows everyone else. We just focus on getting the trucks loaded and out on the road. That's really all there is to it.
