Raka Group

Our office is in Shivam Appartment, right at Samarat Chowk. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets around Prabhakar Maharaj Road. We are at flat number 10. It’s a bit of a tight space sometimes, especially when we have a lot of paperwork piled up or people coming in to talk business. Living and working in a residential building means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, but it also makes the place feel a bit more comfortable than a cold corporate building. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Most people just know where we are. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are in a hurry. We spend our hours mostly at the desks, dealing with the various things the Raka Group handles. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking files. Sometimes the noise from the chowk outside is so loud we have to shut the windows, even when it’s warm. We take our tea breaks when we can and just try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s not a perfect system, and things get messy occasionally, but we manage to keep things moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years from our window. It's just a regular local office run by people who live nearby. We keep the doors open and just get on with the day's tasks as they come.
