Rajmudra Architects

We've been at Market Yard for quite some time now. Breach Candy is a busy area, but our office at A3/4 is where we handle all the drawings and site plans. It’s mostly just us sitting around large tables covered in paper. Some days are quieter than others. When a client walks in, we usually just clear off a chair and start talking about what they need for their house or building. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a workspace. Most of the work involves sketching out ideas and then figuring out how to make them actually stand up. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and we just go downstairs to get tea. People around here know where we are. It isn’t a huge operation, but we stay busy enough. We mostly focus on local projects because it's easier to drive over and see what's happening on the ground. Usually, we end up talking about materials or costs for hours. It's not glamorous work, but it gets done. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood since we started Rajmudra Architects. There's always some construction noise outside, but that's just part of being near the market. We keep our files organized, mostly, and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with every new project. It’s just how we do things here at the office.
