Rajeev Pandkar Associates

Our group, Rajeev Pandkar Associates, is based over in Camp 12. It’s a part of the city that has a bit of an old-school feel to it. The office we work out of is pretty plain. We have some basic desks, a lot of shelves for our files, and a few chairs for visitors. It’s not the kind of place that would win any design awards, but it’s where we get our work done. Most of our time is taken up with checking documents, making calls, and trying to stay on top of all the various tasks that pile up. We aren't a huge firm, so things can get a bit hectic when multiple projects are happening at once. The office usually has a layer of dust on the shelves because we’re too busy to clean properly. We don't have any promotional slogans or big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. The neighborhood around Camp 12 is lively, and there’s always a good place to grab a quick snack when we’re working late. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the scenery. It’s a straightforward, unpretentious way of making a living. We don't use any corporate speak or try to sound more sophisticated than we are. We are just a bunch of associates doing our jobs in a local office and trying to keep things moving forward.
