We have got our office at Raj Promoters & Civil Engineers Pvt Ltd set up over at Pride Silicon Plaza. It is on Senapati Bapat Road, right at the 1st Cross and not very far from the Chaturshringi Temple. Working in this part of town means we see a lot of activity and traffic every single day. Most of our work involves civil engineering projects, so we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors about materials. It is not just sitting at a desk all day; we are often out on the road checking on how things are being built at different sites. We are not a massive corporate developer with hundreds of projects going at once. We prefer to focus on what is right in front of us. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and rolls of drawings that we need to review. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic from SB Road, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. We started this because we wanted to be involved in the actual building process here in the city. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at the land, look at the plans, and try to make sure the structures are solid. People drop by the plaza to talk about their property or a new project they are thinking about starting.
