Rairkar Sanjeev J

Working out of Deccan Gymkhana has its own rhythm. My place is at A-9/796/B in Kidwai Nagar, which is a fairly quiet pocket compared to the main roads. I, Sanjeev J Rairkar, have been here for a long time now. It’s more of a personal workspace where I handle my day-to-day tasks and meetings. The office isn't very big, but it fits everything I need like my desk, some filing cabinets, and a few chairs for visitors. Deccan Gymkhana is a nice area with a lot of history and I feel comfortable here. Most of my work involves sitting through documents and making sure everything is in order for the people I help. It’s not a fast-paced environment where phones are ringing every second, but I stay busy enough. Sometimes I step out for a walk or to grab a snack from the local stalls nearby. The building is older, which gives it a bit of character that you don't find in the new glass towers. My neighbors are mostly people who have been around as long as I have. We know each other by face. I don't use much technology besides the basics needed for the work. People usually find me through word of mouth or because they live in the neighborhood. It’s a modest setup and I prefer it that way. No big signs or flashing lights out front. Just a name and a door. I stay until the work is done for the day and then head home.
