Rachna designers

Our office, Rachna designers, is located at C-37 Garden View Aprts. It is part of the Indira Shankar Nagri complex in Kothrud, Pune. Kothrud is a very active part of the city, but Garden View Apartments is actually quite tucked away and quiet. I have been working out of this apartment for a long time. It is not your typical office with a front desk; it is more of a workspace where we get things done. We have a couple of big tables for drawings and a lot of shelves filled with material samples. Living and working in Pune means there is always something going on, but once I am inside C-37, I can just focus on the projects. People usually come by after calling because it is a residential building and we like to keep things low-key. The Indira Shankar Nagri area is easy to navigate once you are familiar with the main roads of Kothrud. I spend most of my time here sketching or coordinating with workers on various sites. It’s a simple setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office because we’d rather spend that time on the actual design work. It is a small team, and we all know each other well. We have been part of the Kothrud community for years, and we just keep doing what we do from this little spot in Garden View. It is just regular people doing regular work.
