Architects & Project Consultants

Our office is based in Pune, and we’ve been working as Architects & Project Consultants for a good while now. Being in Maharashtra, we see all kinds of projects, from small houses to bigger consultancy jobs where we have to manage a lot of different moving parts. It’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of site visits. Usually, our days are split between sitting at a drafting table and standing out in the sun watching someone pour concrete. We don't really have a fancy sales pitch. We just take the requirements people give us and try to turn them into a plan that actually works. Pune is growing fast, and there's always something being built somewhere. We stay busy keeping up with the local rules and making sure the projects we consult on are moving forward. It’s a lot of coordination with contractors and laborers. Sometimes things get delayed because the rain is too heavy or a truck doesn't show up, and we have to figure out a new schedule. That’s just the reality of the building trade. We focus on being useful and getting the drawings right so the builders know what they are doing. It isn't always easy, and the traffic in Pune doesn't help when we need to get across town, but it is what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current task.
