R Y Industries

Down here at J/47 in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, things stay pretty busy from early morning until the sun goes down. R Y Industries is located on Kalsian Street, just off Gill Road, which means we are right in the middle of all the noise and trucks passing by. It is an industrial area, so it isn’t very quiet or clean, but that is just how it goes when you are working with tools and machinery all day. We have been in this spot for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent on the shop floor, dealing with various industrial tasks and making sure the orders are ready to go out. The space is filled with the smell of metal and oil, and there is always someone shouting over the sound of a machine. It is hard work, and our hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the shift. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. People just walk in through the main door and find us. Usually, we take our lunch breaks sitting outside if the weather isn't too hot. We know the other guys working on Kalsian Street, and we all just try to get through our lists for the day. It is a simple operation here. We just focus on the jobs we have in front of us and try to keep things moving. There isn't any complicated management, just a few of us making things happen.
