R Vionics

Our place is tucked away in Kasba Peth, specifically inside the Urdeep Apartment. It’s right behind Kasba Ganpati on Ganesh Road, so it can get quite crowded during festivals or on weekends. If you’re looking for R Vionics, you have to look for S. M. Gawde’s name because that’s where we are based. It is more of a quiet workspace than a big storefront. We spend most of our time at our benches or at the desk, working through whatever needs to be done that day. The apartment is a normal residential building, which makes it feel quite homely for us. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized, though some days the desk gets a bit messy with tools or papers. People from around the Peth know us, and we like the location because everything is close by. It’s not the kind of place with big signs or bright lights. Most of our day is spent focusing on the technical side of things. Sometimes neighbors drop by for a chat, which is nice. We’ve been here for a while and don’t really see a need to move to a big office park. It’s practical for us. We just show up, do our work, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy and the location is convenient.
