If you are looking for us, we are right there in Pimpri, specifically in the Premier Grihalakshmi Apartment. It is unit 13/2 in the Lokesh Apartment building, which is basically right opposite the big Tata Company gate. Being near such a huge factory means there is always noise and trucks moving around all day long. At R R Roadways, our phones never really stop ringing. Someone is always asking where a driver is or when a load is going to arrive. The office is a bit cramped with all the logbooks and ledgers we keep piled up on the shelves. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that squeak a bit when they’re on high speed, but you get used to it. The traffic outside can be a nightmare during shift changes at Tata, so we try to plan our movements around those times. It’s hard work, and sometimes we’re here late into the night making sure everything is accounted for. We aren't some big corporate firm with a fancy lobby. It's just a place where work happens. Most of our drivers have been with us for years, so we know their families and they know ours. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere and tea cups sitting around, but that’s just how a transport office looks. We just keep the wheels turning and try to stay on top of the schedule as best as we can without making things too complicated.
