R P Transport Co

We set up R P Transport Co quite some time ago. Our office is in Wagholi, specifically at SMS Arcade Horamavu 3/2387/B/2. It’s not the easiest address to find if you aren’t from around here, but once you see the SMS Arcade sign, you’re pretty much there. It’s a small space, mostly just enough room for a couple of desks and a place to sit while we wait for the next load to be ready. Most days, it’s just the sound of the fans and the highway noise coming in from outside. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles, talking to guys on the road and trying to make sure everything is where it should be. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking chai, but other days it feels like everyone wants their goods moved at the exact same minute. We don't have a huge team or a corporate headquarters. It’s just us here in Wagholi, working through the logistics and dealing with the usual headaches like rain or road closures. People in the building know us as the transport guys. We’ve had some rough patches where a truck breaks down in the middle of nowhere, and we have to scramble to fix it, but we always manage. It’s a tough way to make a living, but it’s what we know and what we've done for years. We don't use fancy software or anything like that, just a ledger and some good memory. It keeps us on our toes.
