R D is based out of Flat No 4 in the Konark Abhishek Co Op Hsg Society Ltd. We are quite close to the Market Yard in Bibvewadi. Being in S No 584 5B in Pune 411037 means we see a lot of the hustle and bustle from the market. The society is usually quiet during the day which is good for us. We have a small setup inside the flat. It’s not a big corporate space. We have a couple of computers and a printer that sometimes jams when we are in a hurry. Most of our day is spent handling requests and looking over various documents. We don’t have a big team. It’s just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We eat our lunch together in the small kitchen area. The Market Yard nearby is great because everything is close by, but the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings. Pune has grown so much lately but Bibvewadi still feels like its own little world. We like it here. It is practical for what we do. We don't use any fancy software or complicated systems. We just keep our own records and make sure we don't lose anything. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a courier or a neighbor. We keep the windows open for the breeze. It's a simple and straightforward life.
