We are based at 865 Kasba Peth, which is right near the Sat-Toti Police Chowki in Pune. This part of the city is quite old and has a lot of history, and our shop fits right into that atmosphere. We deal with all kinds of electronic items and repair work. On a normal day, you will see our main counter covered with various gadgets or circuit parts that people have dropped off for us to look at. It is not a very large shop, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the space. The neighborhood is very tight-knit, so we end up chatting with a lot of the people who walk past our shop every morning. We do not use any complicated marketing words or try to pretend we are a huge retail chain. It is just us, some hand tools, and a lot of patience with old wiring. Sometimes a repair takes a bit longer because the right parts are hard to track down, but we always tell the customers the truth about how long it will take. We do not like making big promises we cannot keep. The noise from the street is always there, and having the police chowki so close means there is always something happening outside. It is just a simple electronics shop in a busy part of Pune.
