Our consultancy, R & I Consultancy Services LLP, is based in Pune. We are located in Nanded City, specifically in the Asawari building. Our office is F-1505, which is way up on the 15th floor. From up here, we can see a lot of the surrounding area and Sinhagad Road. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here if the lifts are busy, but once we’re in, it’s a quiet place to work. We handle various consultancy tasks for our clients. Most of the time, we are buried in documents or typing away at our keyboards. We aren't a huge firm with lots of departments. It's a small, dedicated group of us. We moved into Nanded City because it’s a self-contained place and feels very modern. However, we keep our own office very simple. We don't have expensive furniture or a fancy coffee machine. We just have what we need to get the job done. The traffic on Sinhagad Road can be a nightmare sometimes, so we often stay late to let it clear out. We don't make big promises or use complicated jargon. We just listen to what people need and try to help them out. It’s a lot of manual work and checking details. We’ve been here for a while now and we like the routine. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. Everyone here knows their role and we just get on with it.
