R & G Engineering

We are located right across from Jyotiba Mangal Karyalaya on the Nigdi-Talawade Road. It’s a busy spot but easy to find once you are in Talawade. We’ve been here at R & G Engineering for a while now, just handling the day-to-day work that comes through the door. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we know the area pretty well. The workshop gets a bit dusty sometimes, especially with the road traffic outside, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We mostly deal with local parts and fixing things that people bring in. It is not a fancy setup, just a regular shop with the usual tools you’d expect for engineering work. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is the best place to find us if the machines are quiet for a minute. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just sort of know we are here because of the location. The road gets quite crowded during the shift changes at the bigger factories nearby, so we usually start early to get a head start on the noise. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do what needs doing, and head home. Nothing too complicated about it. We just keep the floor clean as much as we can and make sure the gates are open by the time the sun is up. It’s been our routine for years now.
