Quinnox

Our Quinnox office in Pune is located in Kothrud, specifically in the area designated as Pune 29. Kothrud is a well-known part of the city, and we’ve settled into this spot quite comfortably. It isn't a massive skyscraper or a glass tower, just a functional space where we handle our daily tasks. Most of the people working here are from around this side of Pune, so the commute isn't too bad for the majority. We have our desks, our coffee mugs, and a lot of cables running under the floor. It’s an honest workplace. We don't spend money on expensive art for the walls or high-end furniture. We’d rather just have chairs that don't squeak and a decent internet connection. The neighborhood around us has plenty of small shops and cafes where we grab snacks. You can tell we’ve been here a bit because the desks have a few scratches and the files are starting to stack up. It feels like a lived-in space, not some sterile lab. We come in, do the work, talk about the weekend, and go about our business. It’s a relaxed atmosphere but we stay busy. Kothrud has a certain energy to it that we like. It’s not as frantic as the main city center, but it’s definitely not sleepy either. It just suits the way we operate and the kind of people we are.
