Quality Placement

Quality Placement is located in the Bhosari area, specifically in the Sai Industrial Estate in Landewadi. We are in Gala No 10, which is part of S No 681 3A. If you know the area, you know it is mostly factories and small workshops. It is a very loud and busy place to work. There are always trucks moving in and out and the sound of machines in the distance. Our office is just a small gala where we sit and try to help people find jobs. We have a couple of old computers and a lot of registers filled with names and phone numbers. It gets quite dusty because of all the industrial activity around us. We aren't a big recruitment firm with fancy suits. We are just regular people wearing comfortable clothes. Most of the time we are on the phone talking to factory managers or interviewing people who have traveled a long way to find work. It is a lot of effort but we have gotten used to the pace. We have our lunch from tiffins that we bring from home and we usually share what we have. The landlord is a decent guy who lives nearby. We have been in this same spot for several years now. It is a bit cramped when too many people come in at once, but we make it work. We just do what we can to match names with openings.
