We are based in Surat, specifically over at Erandwane in the Bombay Market area. It is a busy part of the city, which is good because there is always something going on. We go by Qualicon Services. It’s a simple name for a simple business. We don't have any fancy titles or a complicated hierarchy here. If you walk into our place, you’ll see us just getting on with whatever needs to be done that day. The Bombay Market area is quite lively, so there is a lot of foot traffic and noise outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We provide our services to whoever needs them, and we don't try to overcomplicate things with long contracts or confusing terms. We just tell you what we can do and how much it will cost. It’s the way business used to be done, and we think it still works. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for us. We have all our tools and records organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. We aren't about polished floors or glass walls. We are about getting the job finished so we can go home to our families. Surat is a city of hard workers, and we like to think we fit right in with that.
