Quadron Agro Private Limited

We are Quadron Agro Private Limited. Our small office is basically just a flat over at Megapolis Sparklet in Pune, specifically plot R1/1 through R1/4. It gets a bit crowded with all the paperwork lying around. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking up on things in the agricultural sector. It isn't a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. We mostly just drink a lot of tea and try to keep things moving. Dealing with land and crops in Maharashtra is a lot of work and sometimes things go slow. We started this because we know the area and the people here. Sometimes the internet at the flat acts up, but we manage. Being in Hinjewadi means there is always traffic, so we try to get most of our work done early in the morning before the noise starts. It’s just a handful of us trying to make sense of the market. We don't have a big marketing team. If you come by, you'll probably see us just working through folders and spreadsheets. It's a simple operation. We deal with whatever comes up each day. Some days are good, some are just long. That is how it goes when you are working in agro. We just keep our heads down and do the work. We aren't trying to be fancy, just trying to be a reliable part of the chain here in Pune.
