Pune Adventist Hospital

I've been working at Pune Adventist Hospital for a while now. We're tucked away in Salisbury Park, right near the Market Yard. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice for people coming in. The building has been here for years. We handle all sorts of stuff, from regular check-ups to people coming in with emergencies in the middle of the night. It gets busy, especially on Monday mornings, but that's just how it is. Sometimes the lobby feels a bit crowded and the paperwork takes a bit of time, but we try to get through it. The staff mostly live nearby, so you see familiar faces a lot. We aren't a fancy new glass building, but the rooms are clean and the machines work like they should. People from around the Market Yard area usually just walk over. There’s a lot of history in these walls. My desk is near the entrance, so I see everyone coming and going. It’s not always easy work, and some days are longer than others when there are a lot of admissions. We just keep things moving. The parking can be a bit tight during the day, so that’s something to watch out for. We’ve got a canteen too, nothing fancy but the tea is decent. It’s just a regular place where people come when they aren't feeling well. We do our jobs and go home at the end of the shift.
