Our office is located at Flat No 1 in the Getai Apartment building, right on Link Road in Pune. It’s a ground-floor spot, which is handy for bringing in supplies or when people need to drop off plans. Being a construction firm, we aren't always in the office. A lot of the time we are out at sites, but this is where the planning and the boring paperwork happen. It’s a simple office with some drawing boards and a couple of desks. We keep our hard hats in the corner and there’s usually some dust on the floor from boots coming in and out. Pune is a city that’s always growing, so there is plenty of work to keep us moving. We’ve been in this Link Road location for a while, and it works well for us. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s just a place where we can sit down, look at blueprints, and talk about the next steps for a project. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the whole crew is here at once, but we make it work. We just do our jobs, build things, and try to keep everything on track. If you stop by, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking tea and looking over some maps or schedules. That is just how it is here. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea, which we do quite often when it’s raining outside. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers.
