Propexcellence Llp operates out of Shop No 209 in the Zen Business Centre. You can find us at S No 130/4/3/4 in Wakad. We are situated right near the Sayaji Hotel, which is a big landmark around Bhumkar Chowk. This part of Wakad is always buzzing with traffic and people, so there is never a dull moment outside. Being in a business center like Zen is helpful because everything we need is right there. Our shop is on the second floor, number 209. It’s a straightforward office setup. We don't have any of that polished corporate feel. It’s just a place where we come to work on our projects and meet with people when necessary. The area around Bhumkar Chowk has grown so fast, and we have seen a lot of changes since we started here. Getting into the office can be a bit of a scramble during peak hours, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We keep things pretty informal inside the office. We have our desks, our files, and a kettle for tea. It is a practical environment where we get our work done without any fuss. We prefer it this way. It feels more real and grounded than a fancy high-rise office. We’re just local people running a business in a busy neighborhood. It works for us. We just focus on getting things right for the people we deal with daily.
