Our office is in Pune, specifically at B1-1003 in the Atharva Gangasus building on the road. It’s in the Pashan area, which is a part of town that’s seen a lot of growth recently. Pronalyst Consulting Private Limited is where we do our thinking and planning. It’s a regular office on the tenth floor, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the street noise downstairs. We have a few desks, some computers, and a small area where we can sit and talk about projects. We aren't really the type to go for big, flashy presentations or corporate jargon. We just talk like regular people and try to solve the consulting problems that come our way. Pashan is a decent place to work because it’s not as congested as the very center of Pune, though the traffic on Gangasus Road can still be quite something during rush hour. We started this company because we wanted to use what we know to help other businesses. We don't have a huge staff or a human resources department. If you call us, you’ll likely talk to one of the people actually doing the work. We keep things pretty informal around the office, which helps keep the stress down. Most of our clients find us because someone they know told them about our work in Pune. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to make sure we don’t miss any details. It’s a good way to spend the work week and stay busy in Maharashtra.
