Project Management Group

We are located over in Karve Nagar at Shriman Society 3. This Project Management Group is basically just a few of us who like staying organized. Pune is getting so crowded these days that just getting to the office can be a chore with all the bikes on the road. Our workspace is not anything special to look at, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to vendors on the phone. The society is mostly quiet, which helps when we have to focus on budget sheets. We have some old wooden chairs and a printer that acts up every Tuesday for some reason. There is no big marketing team here, just us doing the work. Usually, we are juggling five or six different things at once. It gets a bit chaotic when deadlines approach, but we usually manage to pull through. We do not use fancy software for everything, sometimes a big whiteboard and a marker are better. We have been in this spot for a while and the local chai guy knows exactly how we like our tea. It is a decent place to work and we get to help people get their projects finished without too much drama. If you walk past the main gate, we are just right there in the third building.
