Project Management Consultant

Our workspace is actually Flat No 8 on the 2nd floor of Pancharatna Apartment. We are located in Bhangarwadi, which is in Lonavala within the Pune district. Our name is Project Management Consultant. We like being in a residential building because it’s a bit quieter than a commercial area. The 410401 area is famous for its weather, and during the rains, it is really something to see from our windows. The office is just a converted flat, so it has a very homey feel to it. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and computers. It gets a bit crowded when we have meetings, but we manage. We don't have any big corporate signs or a polished front desk. Most people just know to come to the second floor of the apartment block. We spend our days helping people plan out their projects and figure out their budgets. It’s practical work and we don't try to make it sound more glamorous than it is. We are just a local group of consultants who know the area well. Being in Lonavala means we are away from the main rush of Pune city, which we appreciate. The elevator in the building works most of the time, but the stairs are good exercise anyway. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand just to get some fresh air between projects. We don't have a marketing budget or any fancy sales pitches. We just rely on the fact that we do a decent job for our clients. It’s a relaxed way to work and it keeps us happy.
