We set up Processlogix Consulting in Bibwewadi, specifically in Sukhadia Sheri near Haripura. It’s a local spot and we like it here. We do consulting work, which basically means we sit down with other business owners and look at how they run things. A lot of it involves looking at paperwork and talking through bottlenecks that people face in their daily operations. Our office is pretty modest. We have a couple of computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and a big table where we spread out all our notes. It isn't a high-pressure environment, but we do take the work seriously. Most of the time, we’re just trying to help people make sense of their processes so things don't get stuck. We see a lot of different types of businesses, which keeps things from getting boring. The area around Haripura is always a bit lively, so there’s a bit of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who come to us. Usually, it’s a lot of listening and then writing down suggestions that actually make sense for a small or medium-sized company. We don't use a lot of jargon if we can help it. It’s just about being practical and helping things run a bit smoother than they did yesterday. Our door is usually open if someone wants to talk.
