At Alj Pharma Engineering Services, we are based out of Akshay Residency. Our spot is at S No. 12/2. It’s right opposite the Kalidas Jeevan Factory in Dhayaei. Most people just call the area Dhayri. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we like it here. Being near the factory makes it easy to explain where we are to people visiting for the first time. The office is inside the residency, so it feels more like a home than a cold workspace. We deal with engineering stuff for the pharma industry. It involves a lot of technical drawings and looking at specs on the computer. The guys here wear jeans and shirts, nothing too formal. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. The view outside toward the factory is what we see every day. Dhayri has grown a lot lately, with more buildings popping up around us. We’ve stayed in the same spot at Akshay Residency while everything else changed. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to send off our reports. But usually, it’s just a steady pace of work. We handle our projects one by one and try not to let the stress get to us. It’s a honest day’s work for us, and we are fine with that.
