Process Masters Equipment (I) Pvt. Ltd

We are tucked away at Plot No. 37/1 in Block F II of the Pimpri MIDC area. If you know this part of Pune, you know how industrial it gets. It is all factories and big trucks moving around. Process Masters Equipment is basically a big shed full of heavy machinery and people in work boots. We spend our days dealing with stainless steel and welding torches. It is loud and can get quite hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the roof. We have been here quite a while now. The team is mostly local guys who have been working with equipment for years. We don't have a polished front office with air conditioning. Usually, there is a layer of dust on everything, and the sound of hammering is constant. We just focus on getting the equipment built right. Sometimes we are working late to finish a frame or test a component. It is a simple setup really. No one here wears a suit. We wear uniforms that get stained with oil and coolant pretty fast. The MIDC has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. When someone comes to find us, they usually have to navigate through all the other industrial units around us. It is a practical place for a practical kind of business. We just do our thing every day and try to keep things moving.
