Bhusari Colony is where you’ll find us, specifically at number five. It’s a decent area, quite residential and usually not too noisy. We’ve been focusing on shelters and housing for a long time. Our office is small, just enough room for a few chairs and a big table where we spread out the blueprints. It gets a bit dusty when there’s construction happening nearby. We spend a lot of our time out on the field, actually looking at the sites. We don't spend all day sitting behind a desk. People stop by to ask about rentals or if any new projects are coming up in the colony. We try to give them straight answers. It’s mostly about finding people a place to stay that doesn't fall apart. We deal with contractors and laborers a lot, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. There’s always someone who doesn't show up on time. But that’s the business. We’ve lived around here for years, so we know the local geography pretty well. If someone asks for directions, we can usually help. The office has a ceiling fan that makes a weird clicking noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth. It’s a simple way to work.
