Prime Engineering Services

We work out of Flat No. 402 in Varad Apartment. It’s on Gujarwadi Road in the Katraj area. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes, but it’s a good spot for us. We do engineering consulting and some design work for various projects. The office is mostly desks, computers, and a lot of paper rolls. We aren't a massive firm with a lobby or a fancy entrance. It’s more of a focused workspace where a few of us sit and work through technical problems together. Katraj is a busy part of town, but up on the fourth floor, it’s relatively quiet. We’ve been here for a few years now. Most of our clients are local contractors or small businesses that need some technical help with their engineering projects. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and calculating figures. We don't use much jargon when we talk to our clients. We just try to explain how things will work in plain English so everyone understands. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we’re actually in the apartment. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't need a huge warehouse to do our kind of work. We just need our heads, our software, and a bit of space to think. We usually have some tea around three o'clock and talk about whatever project is on the desk. It’s a small, dedicated group. We like the independence of working this way.
