We are located out in Panvel, where things are a bit spread out compared to the main city. Our daily routine involves a lot of metal and machinery. You can usually hear the sound of gears being cut and machines running from the moment we open the doors in the morning. It gets pretty dusty and oily on the shop floor, so none of us really wear nice clothes to work. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints and making sure the teeth on the gears are exactly where they should be. If something is off by even a tiny bit, it ruins the whole piece, so we have to pay attention. Panvel is a good spot for us because there is enough space for the equipment. Lunch is usually a quick break where we sit around and talk about whatever is going on in the news or our families. It is a lot of hard work and your hands get dirty almost immediately. We have been making these parts for a long time. Some of the machines are old but they still work great if you know how to handle them. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just a group of people who understand how mechanical parts should fit together. The air always smells a bit like industrial coolant and grease, which is just how it is here. We keep busy with orders and try to get things shipped out on time.
