Down here at Rathode Bldg in Sant Tukaramnagar, things stay pretty moving at Prayas Info Solution. We are on the ground floor, which is nice because we don’t have to deal with the stairs every time a delivery comes or a client stops by. Pimpri is a busy part of Pune, as anyone who lives here knows, and being right in the middle of it means there’s always something going on outside. We handle a lot of different tech and info tasks throughout the day. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of coffee and checking through emails that came in overnight. It’s not always glamorous work, mostly sitting at desks and making sure the systems are running like they should. We have a small team, and we’ve all been working together for a bit, so we know each other's habits well. If a computer acts up or someone needs a specific solution for their data, we just get to it. We don’t really go for those big corporate meetings; we just talk across the desks. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and old hardware, but we know where everything is. The Rathode building has its quirks, like the way the light hits the front windows in the afternoon, but it’s home for our work.
