Prayagdham Charritable Hospital

You can find Prayagdham Charritable Hospital over at 2 Ganeshmala Colony, near the Vasundhara Bungalow on Sinhgad Road. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but most people know the way. Since we are a charitable hospital, things are kept very basic here. We don’t have fancy artwork on the walls or expensive uniforms. Most of our furniture is donated and doesn’t quite match, but it serves the purpose just fine. The atmosphere is usually a bit quiet, except when the clinic opens in the morning and there is a line out the door. We see a lot of people who struggle to find help elsewhere, so we stay busy. The doctors here are mostly volunteers or people who just want to help out the community. Sinhgad Road is always crowded, so once you step inside our gate, it feels a bit like a different world. We have a small garden area that’s mostly just a few potted plants and a patch of grass where people sit and wait their turn. It is not a high-tech facility by any means. We focus on the basics and making sure people get looked after without worrying too much about the cost. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes to keep everything stocked, but somehow we manage to keep the doors open every day for the colony. It's just honest work for people who need it.
