Vardhaman Fertilizers & Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is located on the 3rd Floor of Pratibha Towers. The address is No. 18a/2b in Wakdewadi. This is a fairly busy part of Pune, and the building itself houses quite a few different businesses. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed with cars and bikes. We’ve been in this office for a good while now. It’s where we handle all the management and distribution work for the fertilizers and seeds. The office is usually cluttered with folders and bags of samples. It isn't a retail shop, so you won't see farmers coming in to buy a single bag of seed. Instead, we deal with the bigger side of things. The lift in the building is a bit slow sometimes, so we often end up taking the stairs if we’re in a hurry. Wakdewadi is a good location for us because it’s connected to the main parts of the city and the highways leading out to the rural areas. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where we work hard and try to stay organized. The staff has been with us for years, so we all know how things run. It’s a bit of a cramped space sometimes with all the paperwork, but we manage just fine. We just try to be decent people doing a necessary job for the farming industry.
