My office is located in Manikbaug, over in Vadgaon Budruk. It’s at E-2/7 in the Shivaji Colony area. If you are looking for us, we are near Sidharth Hall, which is a big help because the smaller lanes can be tricky to navigate. The Welfare Society around here is pretty active, so there is always someone walking by or kids playing nearby. I am Prashant P Bhagwat, and this is where I spend most of my working hours. The setup inside is very basic. I have a desk that has seen better days and a few shelves for all the files. It is a home-style office, nothing corporate or cold. The air here is a bit quieter than the main city center, which I like. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. If someone comes by, they just pull up a chair and we talk. Working in Anand Nagar has its own pace. Things don't move too fast, but the work always gets done eventually. I’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so I know most of the people around. It’s just a practical place for me to handle my business without too much trouble. We just keep going day by day, dealing with whatever paperwork comes across the desk and making sure we stay organized enough to keep things moving.
