Prashant Deshmukh & Associates

We have been at Padmadarshan Society for a good while now. It is right near the Walvekar Lawns on the Pune-Satara Road. Dealing with buildings and designs is what we do here every day. My name is Prashant and I have got a small team that helps me out with everything. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a workspace filled with lots of drawings and computers. It gets quite busy during the week when clients drop by to talk about their house plans or other projects. The traffic on Pune-Satara Road can be a bit much sometimes, especially in the evenings, but we like being in this part of town. Usually, we are just focused on getting the plans right and making sure things are actually moving along on the construction sites. People often find us because they live in the neighborhood or heard about us from a neighbor who had some work done. We try to keep things very straightforward. No big corporate talks or confusing jargon here. Just plain work. Sometimes the office is a total mess with rolls of blueprints sitting everywhere, but that is honestly how we work best. If you are coming over to see us, just look for the society gate. It is much easier to spot once you pass the lawns. We have seen this whole neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We take our time with each job because rushing usually leads to mistakes.
