Dr Samir Chandrakant runs this Prakruti Ayurveda & Panchakarma Clinic at 208/1 Plot No 11. We are in the Suffier Building on Pimple Nilak Wakad Road. This part of Aundh in Pune is quite busy, but our clinic stays relatively calm inside. The building is easy to spot once you are on the Wakad Road. Inside, the air usually smells like the herbal oils and powders we use for the treatments. We have a few rooms set aside for the Panchakarma sessions, with the traditional wooden tables and steam boxes. The setup is very practical and focuses on the basics of what we do. We don't have a big corporate office or a lot of assistants running around. It is mostly just the doctor and a couple of helpers. The waiting area is small with just enough room for a few people to sit. We spend a lot of time preparing the various oils and mixtures in the back. Aundh is a nice area, and we get people coming in from all over this side of Pune. The Suffier Building is a standard commercial spot, and we have been in this unit for a good while now. We keep our own hours and follow a steady routine every day. It is a quiet place where we focus on the traditional ways of doing things. No big signs, no loud music, just a simple clinic on the Wakad Road where we work together.
