Praj Industries Ltd

Our office is located in Aditya Shagun, Unit A-5/401, over in the Bavdhan area of Pune. Being near Nda-Pashan road makes it easy for most of us to get to work without too much trouble. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn’t feel like a cold corporate office at all. We have some plants on the balcony that we sometimes forget to water, but they’re still hanging on. Inside, it’s mostly just us working at our computers and talking about what needs to be done. We keep things pretty informal. There’s usually a packet of biscuits open on the table and the kettle is always on. We deal with the usual office stuff like emails and meetings, but we try to keep it relaxed. We aren't into those big motivational posters or anything like that. We just know what we have to do and we do it. The view from the window is mostly of the other buildings and some trees. It’s a nice enough place to spend the day. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood, like the kids playing outside or the cars passing by. It’s just a regular office for Praj Industries Ltd where we try to stay organized and keep moving forward. We don't make a big deal out of things and we just try to keep the atmosphere calm so everyone can focus.
