Praj Industries Ltd

Praj Industries Ltd is based out of Flat No 21 at Ranjay Residency. We are located in the Bhusari Colony, right near the Kothrud Depot in Pune. It is a very well-known area. The Kothrud Depot is a big landmark, so we usually tell people to look for that first. Ranjay Residency is a typical apartment building for this part of the city. Being in Bhusari Colony means we are surrounded by a lot of life—markets, buses, and people everywhere. Our office is just a regular flat on the upper floors. It’s not some big glass tower. We have our name on the door and that’s about it. Inside, it’s just a place to get things done. We’ve been in Kothrud for quite some time now. The noise from the depot can be heard sometimes, but it’s just part of the background of our day. We are a local business and we like being in the heart of things. It’s easy for us to get around from here. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock, someone will just come to the door. We are Praj Industries Ltd and this is where we stay busy. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup. We don't need much more than a desk and a good connection to the city. The Bhusari Colony has changed over the years, but our flat in Ranjay Residency stays the same. We are happy with our simple spot here.
