Praj Industries Limited

Praj House is located in Bavdhan, and that’s where we spend our days at Praj Industries Limited. It’s a bit away from the main city chaos, which is a nice change of pace. The building itself is quite distinctive, and most people in the area know it well. We have a lot of open space inside, but it still feels lived-in. You’ll see people carrying rolls of drawings or hunched over their laptops in almost every corner. The canteen is a popular spot, especially when they serve the local snacks in the afternoon. We have a lot of meetings, but they aren't the formal kind you might expect. Usually, it’s just a few of us standing around a desk trying to solve a problem with some sketches on a piece of scrap paper. The plants around the building are well-kept, and sometimes you can see birds near the windows while you're working. It’s a technical place, but it doesn't feel cold or overly corporate. We have some old equipment stored in the basement that we should probably get rid of, but nobody has had the time. The commute to Bavdhan can be a bit long for some of us, but once you’re here, the atmosphere is pretty focused. We just get on with our tasks, whether it’s designing something new or just catching up on emails. It’s a steady kind of life at the office.
