If you know Pune, you know Kothrud is a busy place but our specific corner is a bit more relaxed. The terrace building is easy enough to spot once you are on the right street. We have turned this flat into our workspace. It feels more like a home than an office, which we actually prefer. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small area for making tea. There is no big sign outside, just a small nameplate. We like to keep things low-key. Most of our neighbors are residents, so we try not to make too much noise. The walk from the main road isn't too long. Pune 38 is a good area to be in. We have lived and worked around here for years. The atmosphere is very local. We know the guy at the corner shop and the people in the next building. Our work involves a lot of technical stuff, so we spend a lot of time sitting at our computers. We don't have many visitors, so the flat stays quiet. It is a simple way to run a business without all the extra costs of a commercial plaza. We just do our engineering work and stay out of trouble.
