Pragati

Our place is over in Warje at Plot No 63 in the Swed Ganga Housing Society. It’s just off the NDA Road. If you know that area, you know how the traffic can get during the rush hour, but once you turn into the society, it’s a lot quieter. We’ve been operating Pragati from this location for quite a while now. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have a couple of rooms set up with our equipment. It’s a bit cramped when all of us are here at once, but we make it work. There’s an old wooden desk in the corner that’s been with us since we started. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to get it done. We’re usually too busy with the daily tasks. We get a lot of locals dropping by just to ask questions or get some work done. It’s a friendly vibe. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. During the monsoons, the rain sounds really loud on the roof, but it’s actually kind of nice. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a steady life here in Pune, and we’re happy with how things are going.
