We are Pragati Surveyors Pvt Ltd and our office is right at Sai Chowk in the Vishrantwadi area. Specifically, we are at 25 15. If you know Pune at all, you know that Vishrantwadi can get quite crowded with traffic, especially near the chowk. Our office is a busy little hub where we keep all our surveying equipment like theodolites and measuring tapes. Surveying is a lot of outdoor work, so the office is often empty during the day while the teams are out in the field. I usually stay back to handle the paperwork and the phone calls. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking land records. It is a job that requires a lot of patience and walking around in the sun. We are not a giant company with a huge marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who just know us in the local industry. When the teams come back in the evening, the office gets quite loud with everyone talking about the day's measurements. We have been at this location for a good while, and we like being near Sai Chowk because it is easy for clients to find us. It is a simple setup with just enough space for our files and gear. We just do our surveying work as best as we can and try to keep everything organized in our little corner of Vishrantwadi.
