We’re over at the Capriccio building in Wakad, specifically in Flat F/101. It’s on S. No. 183. This isn't your typical glass-and-steel office tower; it’s more of a home-style setting. We found that working from a flat like this makes the day feel a bit more grounded. It’s a quiet enough place where we can sit down and really focus on the consulting work. We have a few rooms set up with desks and plenty of power strips for all our laptops. It’s nothing fancy, just a practical space to get things done. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. If someone comes by, we just pull up a chair. The kitchen is usually where we congregate for a quick break or to make a round of tea. We’ve been here in Pune for a while and we like the Wakad area because everything you need is pretty close by. We don't have any polished marketing speeches to give. We just take on the projects that come our way and try to do a solid job on them. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple. No corporate red tape, just us in F/101 working through our tasks and making sure we stay on top of the schedule. It’s a decent way to run a business without too much stress. We just focus on the work and keep moving.
