Prachiti Hospital & Research Centre

This place is located on Sinhagad Road in the Hingne Khurd area. It’s a bigger building than some of the local clinics, given it’s a hospital and research centre, but it still feels like a neighborhood spot in many ways. I’ve been working here for a while, and the halls always seem to have people walking back and forth with clipboards. We have different sections for different things, and it can be a bit confusing if you’ve never been here before. The lobby has a lot of chairs, and there’s a small desk where I sit to help people find their way. The research side of things is a bit quieter, with more doors that stay closed and people in white coats looking at papers. Sinhagad Road is always busy, so you can hear the buses and cars outside all day long. The building is older, so the elevators are a little slow and the tiles in the bathroom are that old-fashioned green color. It’s a practical place, not a luxury hotel. We focus on getting the work done and making sure everyone gets seen. Sometimes the nights are long, especially when there’s a lot of data to enter or many patients coming in. It’s a serious environment, but we try to keep it friendly. It’s just a part of the Hingne Khurd landscape now, and most people around here know exactly where we are. We don't have any fancy art on the walls, just a lot of medical signs.
