Power Roomer Eng. Pvt. Ltd. operates out of El-11 in the Electronic Zone of the MIDC in Bhosari. It is a bit confusing because there are several blocks labeled similarly, but we are in the '5' block section. Our setup is pretty simple and focuses on the engineering work we do every day. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard industrial unit with high ceilings and plenty of workbench space. We spend most of our hours looking at technical drawings and fiddling with components. The atmosphere is generally quiet, except for the occasional sound of a drill or someone moving heavy crates around. We have a small office tucked in the corner for the accounts and paperwork, but the real action happens out on the floor. It is a tight-knit group here, and most of us have been working in Bhosari for a long time. We know the neighbors and we know where to get the best snacks during the afternoon break. There is always a bit of grease on the door handles and some clutter on the desks, but that is just how we work. We don't bother with corporate slogans or fancy presentations. We just take the orders as they come and try to make sure everything is sorted out before we lock up for the night. It is just a regular engineering shop doing its thing.
